

ABOUT ME
Welcome to the crazy world of Bernsy! I grew up on a tourist resort Bonny Bay Camp. It was there that I started my love for cooking, music and entertaining guests. Growing up I learned piano, guitar, bass, drums and any other instrument I could get my hands on. Singing by the campfire light is where I got my start and was helping in the kitchen as early as i can remember.
I went to Brandon University for Music and since then I've been travelling and cooking all around Canada. I've had the pleasure of learning the culinary arts from some incredible mentors. I've played in a plethora of bands and have a fantastic one man band show.
I cut my teeth on festival stages, small pubs and have worked as a stage manager/ hand since I was 16. I live for creating constantly and developing my skills. Whether its learning an new instrument, using different ingredients/ exotic spices or switching from acrylics to oils I am constantly pushing myself to explore new knowledge.
I have been very fortunate to work with the astounding musicians and finest of cooks through the various chapters of my life. I look forward to continue my quest for knowledge and put some smiles on peoples faces along the way.
As a chef and musician, I take pride in delivering exceptional dining and musical experiences. Whether it's crafting intricate multi-course meals or perfecting a finely crafted set list, I pour my heart and soul into every dish and performance.
